Users: the account list with roles and per-user actions.
- Create a user with a username, an initial password and a role. Roles: admin (everything, including this tab and Deployment settings) or member.
- Reset password — the person signs in with the new one and should change it under their own Settings.
- Disable — the account can no longer sign in; its signals, artifacts and keys are kept.
- Sessions — see where the person is signed in, revoke a session, and set their multi-login policy. Changes to another account’s security settings are recorded in the audit log with who made them.
Users bind their own torii key under Settings → Keys & services. Creating a user does not give
them access to torii — send them to Connect torii as their first step.
